A family owned and operated business with family values
Established in 1997 by Kevin Caire, a third generation carpenter with industry roots dating back to 1970, the business has grown steadily over the years.
In 2005, Kevin’s son Tyson joined the team as an apprentice and by 2009, became a fully qualified fourth generation carpenter, helping to shape the business into what it is today.
In 2019, Kevin retired and passed the reins to Tyson, who took over as General Manager and continues to lead the company with a focus on quality workmanship and genuine customer service.
The family connection deepened in 2022 when Tyson’s wife, Lorena, came on board to manage admin and accounts, further strengthening the heart of the business.
In 2025, Tyson and Lorena welcomed the birth of their son, Archie, the next generation of the business and perhaps, one day a fifth generation carpenter continuing the family tradition.
Today, Home Maintenance Adelaide is more than just a family operation. It is supported by a fantastic extended team of skilled project managers, carpenters, painters, and office admin staff who all share the same commitment to quality and care.
